F.A.M.I.L.Y Movement is a 501(c)(3) mentoring organization serving Greater Boston. Our mission at FAMILY Movement, Inc. is to help families transition from homeless shelters into stable permanent housing by teaching and mentoring youth and families to achieve financial independence, with the goal of breaking the cycle of generational poverty and homelessness. To support this mission, FAMILY Movement created the Pillars of Success workshop series, an extensive curriculum designed to equip families with the skills, resources and tools needed to build a stable and successful future.

BUILDING CAPITAL CAMPAIGN
Community space will be used for Pillar of Success workshops for current and prospective community and neighbors. We will be a one-stop-shop to assist families with tools and connect them with experts, and resources to help build stabilization and self-sufficiency as they transition from homelessness to homeownership.

FAMILY Movement newest collaborative program guides clients through a structured three-phase pathway designed to help them grow from crisis to long-term stability and homeownership. In the Pillars of Success (Shelter) phase, clients begin with personal development workshops that build self-worth, life skills, and confidence while establishing consistent engagement. As they progress to Stabilization/Family Advocacy, clients receive individualized case management, goal-setting support, and resource navigation to help them transition from shelter to stable housing. Finally, in the Homeownership phase, clients participate in one-on-one mentorship and financial coaching to strengthen their readiness for purchasing a home. Throughout all phases, supportive staff, expert workshops, and ongoing assessments help families deepen their progress and successfully move toward independence.
